    You can search for a long time and still not find better customer service than you’ll find here. I submitted a review on a knife that has an issue. Before I had a chance to contact the company to arrange a repair/exchange, Justin reached out with a label for me to send it back and said they will make it right. I’ve been satisfied with the knives from SSG and realize things happen and nothing is perfect. More than the satisfaction with the quality, I am impressed with the level of customer service!! Looking back, I wish I would have reached out to the company BEFORE I left the review. I was prompted by an email to submit the review, I had time, so I did. I have had ZERO issues with the other knives from SSG. I will continue to order from them.

    My first otf tactical knife. Really impressive build and solid material. Got a couple more for my son and son in law for christmas.cant go wrong.
