Southern Sporting Goods LLC wants you to be happy with your new purchase. However, if you are having any problems with an item, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, but we may be able to offer you a larger than normal discount code to compensate for a future order. To complete your refund, we require a order number or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless specifically asked to do so. Once you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will receive an email receipt to the original purchase email.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace OTF Knives if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item please refer to our LIFETIME WARRANTY section on our website.
