Southern Sporting Goods LLC makes ordering knives and tactical gear online simple, secure, and convenient. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders over $100, including eligible shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses.

Whether you are purchasing an OTF knife, automatic knife, tactical folding knife, Italian-style switchblade, or premium Microtech knife, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped from our U.S. location.

Qualifying free shipping is applied automatically during checkout. Orders under $100 will receive available shipping options and rates at checkout—no promotional code is required.

Free Shipping Eligibility

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders with a merchandise subtotal of more than $100 and a delivery address within the United States or an eligible APO, FPO, or DPO military destination.

Expedited or upgraded shipping services, when available, may require an additional charge. Available delivery methods and applicable costs will be displayed during checkout.

Order Processing Times

Most in-stock orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or recognized holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing may take slightly longer during major sales, holidays, product releases, or other high-volume periods.

Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email containing your tracking number and available shipment details.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Standard U.S. Shipping

Most standard shipments arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after leaving our facility.

APO, FPO, and DPO Military Shipping

Delivery times to military addresses vary based on the destination and military mail routing. Some military shipments may require additional transit time.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, and unusually high package volume may cause delays outside our control.

Discreet and Secure Packaging

Customer privacy is important to us. Orders are shipped in secure, discreet packaging that does not advertise the contents of the package.

Products are carefully packed to help protect them during transit. Depending on the order, multiple items may be shipped together or in separate packages.

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order leaves our facility.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to display movement after the shipping label is created. If you do not see your confirmation email, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

Tracking information may take additional time to update during weekends, holidays, or periods of heavy carrier volume.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package appears delayed, first review the latest tracking information for carrier updates. Carrier scans may occasionally be delayed even while a shipment remains in transit.

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check around the delivery location, mailbox, porch, garage, or other secure areas
Ask household members or neighbors whether they accepted the package
Verify that the shipping address on your order is correct
Allow a short period for a premature delivery scan to update
Contact the carrier using the provided tracking number

You may also contact our customer support team for assistance. Although carrier delays and delivery errors are outside our direct control, we will make every reasonable effort to help you locate your shipment and determine the appropriate next step.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your complete shipping address carefully before placing an order. This includes your street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, and any required military address information.

Southern Sporting Goods LLC is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address submitted during checkout.

If you discover an address error after ordering, contact us immediately. We will attempt to update the address when possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may require additional processing and shipping charges before they can be sent again.
