Venom G-Force Hidden Release Automatic Knife - Black (Satin Drop Point 3.25")?

When product arrived, I opened the box and looked at the knife, the first thing I noticed was that there was a screw missing from the handle near the blade, luckily I had a few parts knives laying around, I was lucky to find a screw that I had, that fit it, I just figured it would be way faster if I could find one, than sending it back, I just hope my next purchase is inspected before you ship it to me.. kind of a disappointing first experience with your company.. try to do better for your customers in the future.. thank you. other than that, knife is as described, nice snap to it,if ya know what I mean.. and sharp out of the box..
